Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Kepler. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
1.What Kepler is
Kepler is a football analytics tool. It produces statistical estimates for match markets such as both teams to score and over/under 2.5 goals, compares those estimates against publicly available bookmaker odds, and lets you record bets you have chosen to place elsewhere.
Everything the service produces is for information only. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to stake money on any particular outcome.
2.Predictions are estimates, not guarantees
Football results are uncertain. Our models produce probabilities, and a probability is not a promise. An outcome we rate at 70% will still fail roughly three times in ten, and losing runs are a normal feature of any probabilistic system rather than evidence that something has broken.
Historical or backtested performance shown anywhere in the service describes what a model would have done over a past period. It does not predict future results. Model behaviour can change as football, squads, and betting markets change.
3.How the models work, and where they fall short
Predictions come from statistical and machine-learning models trained on historical match data โ goals, shots, and derived measures such as our own proxy expected-goals figure. Some inputs are estimated rather than measured directly, and are labelled where that is the case.
Models can be wrong in ways that are not obvious. They can be affected by missing or delayed data, by fixtures that differ from anything in their training history, and by events they have no knowledge of at all โ injuries, team news, motivation, weather, refereeing. They do not know anything that is not in the data they were given.
Expected value figures depend entirely on the odds we have captured. Odds move, and a price shown here may no longer be available. Verify prices at the bookmaker before acting on anything shown in the service.
4.Third-party data
Match data, statistics and odds are supplied by third parties. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete or current. Errors and gaps in source data flow through into our outputs.
Bookmaker names and odds appear for comparison only. It is not an endorsement, and we have no relationship with, or control over, any bookmaker listed.
5.Eligibility and responsible use
You must be of legal gambling age where you live, and betting must be lawful there. Gambling laws differ by country and region, and it is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply to you.
6.Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data from the service;
- resell or redistribute predictions or odds data as your own;
- reverse-engineer the models or attempt to reconstruct them;
- interfere with the service, its security, or other users' access;
- use the service where doing so would break the law.
7.Subscriptions, free trial and cancellation
Live signals and the rest of the subscriber features require a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The current prices are on the pricing page and are shown again at checkout before you confirm. Payments are processed by Whop, our payment provider, and Whop's own terms also apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.
Free trial. A new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method at checkout, and nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the plan you chose starts automatically and the first payment is taken, unless you cancelled before then. A free trial is offered once per person; Whop may charge the full price straight away to a buyer who has already had one.
Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period - every month or every year - and the price of the plan is charged to your payment method each time, until you cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings โ Manage subscription, or from your orders in your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, or until the end of your free trial if you cancel during it. Cancelling your subscription is separate from deleting your Kepler account: deleting the account does not by itself stop Whop from charging you, so cancel the subscription first.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Whop may retry it. We may keep your access for a short grace period while it does; after that, signals stop until a payment succeeds.
Refunds. Payments already taken are not refunded, in full or in part, except where the law requires it or where you were charged in error. If you believe a charge is wrong, write to us at the address below.
Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. That period is the same as the free trial, so you can use this right simply by cancelling during the trial, and you pay nothing. Renewals of an existing subscription do not start a new withdrawal period.
Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription. If you do not want to pay it, you can cancel before it takes effect.
8.Intellectual property
The service, its models, and their outputs remain our property. You may use outputs for your own personal purposes. You may not present them as your own work or as a commercial tipping product.
9.Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service. That expressly includes gambling losses, missed opportunities, and losses caused by inaccurate data, incorrect odds, model error, or downtime.
10.Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time, and we may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.
